The traditional event “May Day Picnic at Palić” is being held for the 41st time this year, taking place from May 1 to May 3.
As in previous years, visitors can expect one of the largest amusement parks in Serbia, covering more than 9,000 square meters and offering fun for all ages. Along the shores of Lake Palić, from the Sailing Club all the way to the Men’s Beach, visitors will find a rich gastronomic offer, as well as a fair featuring handicrafts, souvenirs, and many other products.
A carefully designed Zoo program, the May Day sailing regatta, the traditional Trimbi event, or simply enjoying nature—these are just part of the entertainment program awaiting you in Palić this year!
For the safety of all visitors during the event, emergency services will be on duty – police, firefighters, and emergency medical services, as well as an intervention tow truck from the public utility company “Parking.”
The Firefighting Association “DVD Matica” will also prepare educational and promotional content, allowing visitors to learn about their work, see the equipment, and take part in interactive activities. A presentation of community policing is also planned.

Three parking areas will be provided for visitors, available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM:
- behind Hotel “Prezident”,
- at the newly built parking lot near Blood Lake,
- as well as on the green area in Ritska Street.
